Fasting reduces the influence of our self-will and invites the Holy Spirit to do a more intense work in us. I am a true witness for that!

This is the year 2 of SEEK for my wife and I. It has been wonderful for our relationship with each other and God. It has a profound, at times scary, impact on my dream life. My anxiety is coming through in my dreams and Iโ€™m trying to understand it.

I have been tempted to order food from my favorite health food restaurant. I love playing bridge online; the temptation is with me every day, but I have not relented. I avoid all the negativity that is being perpetuated in WDC. I trust my Lord.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Min. Jessica Anderson for the words and the cleansing release that I needed. We are valuable to God and we are a choice not an option and we need to remember it.

So far not bad, eating not really an issue. Now limiting what I purchase for my Granddaughter thatโ€™s really difficult. The 7am prayers have been very motivating.

This process has made me so grateful that His mercy renews each day because even when I think I'm on track, sometimes I still fail, and I am so glad He gives us grace!

Lord hide us in your wound. So that we can know what you want us to do collectively or individually while it is difficult with the Govt. going on a temporary freeze. We must turn to you for freedom, for all that we need. We must not make our plans

I have amazed myself by doing seek and doing great. I have fasted but never this long. Today, I struggle doing my devotion. I am getting sleepy everything I attempt to read. I get up and move around and go back. I will not be defeated. God Is good!!

As I journey on this SEEK fast, my thoughts and mind are clearer. I am drawing closer to Almighty GOD. I am reading much more and studying Godโ€™s Holy word. Hearing Pastor Wesley in the mornings is vital to my Fast as I feel inspired for the day.

Had a Zoom check-in with my sorority sister also doing SEEK2025 in another part of the state. It was truly blessed to discuss the fast together, learn how God is moving in our lives and share to stay encouraged. #BlessGodforSEEK2025
