Seek has been defining for me . I have had some struggles and I had experienced some spiritual highs. I keep seeking God for clarification and for my purpose . He showing me what I need to hear from Him. I am getting better with listening for Him.

During my SEEK journey, I am drawing closer to GOD and discovering not just willpower, but the POWER of my will. I'm stronger mentally and I'm committed to eating more healthy foods not just during SEEK, but long after the fast is over.

I've seen my life transform in ways I've couldn't imagine. The way I'll drop everything to get on the prayer call. Tempted by the flesh only makes me prayer harder. Seek is what I needed to start off my year right with God.

GM, I am enjoying SEEK and spending more time in meditation and reading several meditation books and referencing Godโ€™s word with the info I read. I have written an article entitled โ€œIn God We Trustโ€ to two of our local newsp.

First time challenging myself for "40" days. A shorter journey would have been better for me starting off. I had to adjust the foods because of my digestive problems but I didn't quit. Love the morning prayers and devotions.

This is my first time doing SEEK. Thank you ASBC for allowing others to join in with you. It has truly been a blessing to deny my flesh to see God's face. Because of SEEK25 I find myself focusing on God and praying throughout the day.

Fasting awakens that hunger for God as we deny ourselves. The numbing agent of food, media, noise, relationships, etc... Then we can begin to let God fill that hunger instead.

FASTING reduces the influence of our self-will and invites the Holy Spirit to do a more intense work in us. Half way there, to GOD BE THE GLORY!

I've enjoyed examining my walk & that many daily lessons are from women. That fact helps heal past traumas. Also thankful I'm finding ways to function thru restricting. Those options wouldn't have existed had I not told myself no.

Let us focus on God our Lord and savior Jesus the Christ. He has risen from the dead. The Lord will resurrect those that are resting (died) literally and figuratively. Be encouraged in the strength that The Spirit of God gives you through Christ.

This fast has been so great, having prayer and meditation time enhanced has brought me great joy. My hubsand and I celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary on the 6th. When asked how our marriage lasted so long, Christ Jesus is the glue, my redeemer!
