@Kathy with social media and insomnia, find a religious podcast or religious music for sleep to listen to. See how fast you fall asleep ๐Ÿ˜‚! Currently listening to The Holy Spirit-an introduction by John Bevere.

Grateful to see Day 5 I thank the Lord for the reminder of Love and to experience loving others not from a near sighted view. I am reassured that the Lord gave me Exodus 33. Thankful for the promises of God's presence and that he gives rest.

I'm excited to participate in this fast. I've seen improvements in myself that I'm proud of. A few people didn't follow through on commitments and I didn't get upset. I chose grace and understanding instead and it feels good.

There's such much I need God to help me with but being unemployed seems to tops the list! I know I have to forgive some family members, Lastly I have to get thoughts that are most definitely not of our God out of my head and heart!

Day 1 was the most intense. My prayer is for the LORD GOD to lead and guide as I want to complete this journey. Fast forward to today, anxiety is down alot, fasting is coming along and I am focusing better.

I have never done a Biblical Fast. I have fasted for medical purposes, tests or surgery only. I want to do this Fast, I felt and feel that I am supposed to do it. My first week has been good. I may not be able to do all 40 days but I will try.

Iโ€™ve been at crossroads, dealing with angry, bitter, hostile behavior and sometimes have exhibited these behaviors. I must walk in the Spiit, have my spiritual armor on. Ephesians 6:12 and 2 Corinthians 5:16 are instructive. ๐Ÿฉธ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ๐Ÿ—ก๏ธ

My 88 year old mom broke her foot last year, and I injured my right shoulder with all the lifting of her wheelchair into my vehicle to take her to appointments. I started feeling pain so I got MRI. No rotator tear. Thank God for a good report!
